But What Do Cannibal Sex Fetishists Think of Jennifer's Body?

When you cast Megan Fox in your movie and ask her to make out with Amanda Seyfried, you’re certainly intending to turn at least a couple of moviegoers on. Still, I’m not entirely sure that the producers of Jennifer’s Body knew just how much their movie would provoke the heretofore-unknown demographic of “vorarephiliacs,” or people who are sexually aroused by “the idea of being eaten, eating another, or watching this process” (thanks, Wikipedia!).

So what do these cannibal sex fetishists think of the upcoming Diablo Cody thriller? Movieline investigates! (Warning: You cannot unlearn what you are about to learn.)

First, here are some important terms you need to know. By and large, vorarephiliacs seem to prefer “soft vore,” which is the unlikely art of someone being swallowed whole with no bloodshed; still, there are some who are into “hard vore,” which involves actual flesh-chewing. Also, there are many different categories of vorarephilia, “including but not limited to, swallowing, cock vore, vaginal vore (also call unbirthing), anal vore, and breast vore,” whoa, WHOA, Wikipedia. Settle down. You actually don’t need to know that last part, but I learned it during the course of my research and now you and I, we’re on a level playing field of terrible knowledge. Feels nice, right?

Anyway, the vore fetishists at Eka’s Portal (a vore discussion and fantasy board) are, as you might assume, all atwitter about Jennifer’s Body, which features a demon-possessed Megan Fox chewing up high school boys. “Yeah, doesn’t look like it’ll be soft vore, but … I’m still going to see it,” said commenter ccj. “The trailer made me a little weak in the knees. Worth it just to see Megan Fox lookin’ at people all hungry and such.”

“Wow it was a lot of nice Hard Vore, and it was a sexy girl eating the people!” exulted D1g1talDesignzor. “Hopefully we will see more of the actual eating and swallowing in the full movie.

Still, other vore fetishists would have preferred a few more concessions to the soft vore community, which prizes the consumer’s post-swallowing physical appearance. “Now if she had a gut, I might rent it but it’s not looking that way,” lamented Mech__Warrior. “I’m slightly into Megan, but this movie just looks bad.” Adamskient, too, bemoaned the movie’s lack of vore verisimilitude. “I’m kinda torn… Megan is hot, but hard vore is best left to lions, tigers, and other such animals. Maybe anthros too.” This is true, and why didn’t Karyn Kusama listen to that studio note?

Anyway, good morning. You’ve learned so many new things today!

Thanks Kyle for providing information I never knew bevore

Information I could have done without! too many strange peeps in this world!

This fetish would alarm me except that, like most Internet sexual dynamos, if these people were to gather for a Vore-fest ("Take All You Can Eat, But Eat All You Take!" '09) the most adventurous of them would only be able to squeak out "c-can I nibble on yer earlobe?" before scuttling back to their basement apartments.

I love that chewing people is left to lions and such, but swallowing whole is preferred for human, umm, fornivores. Etymology!

Now I have to go voremit.

Anything Megan Fox is in I'm in! She brags of being so tough and anti Hollywood I like to see her in sometime she can sink her teeth into. ( No pun itented)

i love any of her movies.

Mech__Warrior: Sorry, but Megan Fox will never allow herself to show any "gut," no matter what (or who) she swallowed. If she did, her career would be over.

Stumbled on the article, very informative. And loved the "Warning: You cannot unlearn what you are about to learn" line - I will use this. Thank you. Martin Britton.

I also found it pretty invoremative.

The only bits they wouldn't voregasm over would be Megan's thumbs.

Damn, thinkin bout megan fox with a gut. Hawt.

Cannibal Sex Fetishism is usually considered a separate fetish from vore. I have not seen Jennifer's Body, but it seems to me that it would most appeal to the "Femcan Fans" sub-group, who are men that fantasize about being eaten by hot women. As a "gynophage" myself, who fantasizes about eating (preparing and cooking) sexy women (and they don't get a lot hotter than Megan Fox), I doubt that it would appeal much to my own particular fetish.

Leave it up to voreaphiles to get hard over something that isn't meant to be focused on VORE, but focused more on something about DEMONS. >.> Just like emos ruin Tim Burton's movies.

Vorarephiles don't go out and get Hot Topic to make fucktarded merchandise of people eating each other or whatever else it is that you think we do.

We keep these discussions on our own site for the most part, unless someone like the writer of this article comes into our site and outs us. Just so that we DON'T ruin other people's fun.

The word is Voraphiles, or Vorarephiles This is why wiki has such a poor reputation and if you are going to list breast vore then here are some more navel, nasel, soul, hair, bellbottom and the ever popular absorbtion.

Human vore, eww...
Furries, ewww...
Furry vore? -(-1) = 1 :P

I do believe those folks from Eka's Portal would hate to see their words quoted outside their little community. It seems to be a safe haven for them.

Anyway, now we all know what vore is... wow!

WHOO! WE'RE IN A REVIEW!

This article is now linked to from Eka's Portal (http://aryion.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=19350). You talk about us; we talk about you talking about us. :D

It's always interesting for us (vorarephiles) to see how "outsiders" view us. I realise that vore is a difficult fantasy for people to understand and accept, and that it can seem... well, a bit offputting.

But we're quite harmless, really. We just happen to fantasise about as you point out being eaten, eating, or imagining people eating one another. In fact, a number of vorarephiles only like "ultra-gentle" vore. Most of us have had these fantasies as far back as we can remember, and were confused about them while growing up, until we discovered that we weren't alone. We didn't choose to be vorarephiles, but we have no reason to be ashamed of it. Nor are we any more sex-obsessed than anyone else. We simply have active and healthy imaginations. ;)

Oh, and Drake Sveltern, "vorarephile" is just as valid a term as "voraphile", if not more so. Etymologically, in fact, it's more precise. It's a bit silly to insist that "your" term is the only correct one.

And no, I haven't seen the film.

Well I am one of said voraphiles, let me just make it clear though that we are not crazy, (if you'll actually take my word). It's a fetish, meaning it's not understood why we enjoy such thoughts entirely, but it's thought that it's because it evolved out of a rape fantasy. It's like a polar extreme of use and abuse (eaten and wasted), is it gross? Yeah, I guess, if it wasn't it wouldn't be a fetish, but I just don't want you guys to think to poorly of us. I doubt more than one voraphile would ever really condone in such actions in real life, we're just normal people who like the idea of "becoming one with our lovers" a little too much lol. I myself am an artist at Eka's Portal, not the best artist I guess, but still an artist. Outside the little world of vore I'm a graphic design major at UAH (Univ. of Alabam in Huntsville) and I minor in psychology. My own ideas on why people like vore are likely that we enjoy giving ourselves to a certain person, in a romantic sense. And we want to be eaten because we look at it kinda like a hug all around (in the stomach). Take away the death aspect and look at it as a fantasy, like they say we mostly like soft vore, and you see it's actually just a mostly harmless community of perverts lol.

This is a most interesting discovery! I shall be more careful in dealing with my defeated opponents, then. Lady Tsukiko won't be the only one who appreciates me , then....

It's obvious this person did no research at all. He didn't mention me even once.

This article and the comments on it are hilarious really! It's so funny to see how outsiders react to us. x'D

First off, this movie doesn't interest me whatsoever. I like soft vore and males doing the eating.
Yes, I'm obviously a girl.

Did I gross you out?
Good ^^

While the article provided a good laugh for me, it's clear that there hasn't gone much research into it, otherwise the writer would have known that voraphiles shouldn't be described as 'cannibal sex fetishists'
Like someone said before vore and cannibalism are two different things entirely.

We don't expect outsiders to understand us, but a little bit of acceptance isn't too far fetched now, is it?

Oh and thanks for all the pun by the way! ^^ Believe it or not, we have a great sense of humour.

You know, I'm a frequent member of Eka's portal, and all I can say is THANK YOU!
It really is quite depressing that we vorarephiles are so militantly disgusted with the fact that a HORROR MOVIE doesn't pander to our incredibly obscure fetishes that we continually berate it for that singular purpose.

Personally, I'm interested in seeing the movie, not for any inclusion of vorish material, but because it looks like an entertaining movie, and I've always had a weakness for horror/comedies.

Quite surprisingly I had to laugh at this as i've never seen someone write a review without proper research.

1) They are quite right, cannabalism and voraphillia are 2 different things, Havn't really ever heard of someone who IS cannabal and into vore at the sametime!

2) Wikipedia you took someone elses disgusted view who never knew a thing about vore yet you list Ekas portal as digusting from your words yet there is a proper definition about the fetish in the first place from people who are into vore on that site.

Vore is a fantasy only and pratically mostly is with giantess/giants. I fail to see how it differs from bondage etc as the mrs is voraphile also, loves bondage and sex. But then again its because she loves domination? Get your facts right

I suppose people will continue to be afraid of what they dont understand, or judgemental about it atleast. That's fine it is just the way you are. I love vore, for years now i never understood what it was, those feelings over time that i had. Now i do and that's just the way i am, and the way we are as a community.

Thank you for telling us about this wonderful new fetish! My life is complete now--thanks to your helpful guidance, I went and joined Eka's Portal immediately, and I've never felt so sexually fulfilled! I love you, Kyle Buchanan, for making a convert out of me!

I was really searching for comments about those with a bondage fetish. What perked my interest in the trailers is a quick flash of seeing Megan Fox getting tied up! I didn't think about the vore aspect before, but I can see how since that's apparently the central plot, it might make the bondage part pale in comparison.

headdesk

I may be a hopeless perv, but at least I'm socially well-adjusted with a working sense of humor.

a) The phrase with cannabalism is an obvious joke.
b) Nobody gives a fuck how voraphile is spelled.
c) My dick is bigger than yours.

Thank you, good night.

Woo! Publicity!

Anyone who's surprised by this... there's a fetish for everything.

Seriously.

So where's the part about the jaw snapping human deformation that comes with soft vore?

Ahh it's nice to see us in a review! Marking the world one website at a time :P Soft vore all the way baby!

This has been Gorshum, your therian gay satanic voraphile, and I bid you good day . (and no I'm not kidding)

Also included my facebook in case anyone's curious what those 'creepy voraphiles' look like or just want to try pestering me, I really don't care lol but be careful, we bite :D

www.facebook.com/Gorshum

All I can say to you people who see eka's portal's community as disgusting freaks is this: it may not be your kink, it might not float your boat, may not be your cup of tea, etc. etc. and whatever other little phrases you want to use, but just because you see it as disgusting doesn't mean everyone does; if you don't like it don't go there, simple as that.

I LOVE vore. I've been going to aryion.com and other sites like that (Hip Hugger Hippie's yahoo group and Duamutef's sites were also frequently visited) since I first got my hands on a computer at the age of 13, granted you need to be 18 to enter those sites but hey, consider this: you need to be 18 to view a playboy or other adult magazines, yet how many people do you know had them stashed under the bed when they were 15?

But I digress.

well as one of those enlighten people how thinks it romantic and horny to give myself to a person that i love though the full body massage that is soft vore (hard vore is just...no...creepy) i have to say that im rather pleased with this article.

Alot of people who don't know about this fetish never even bother to do the research for this topic beyond the first line of wiki before they write an article.

so i thank you Kyle for delving deeper.

Good evening to everyone who reads this.

ps, since some judgmental idiots will mos likely flames this i will not hold it over anyone but i also wont be looking at this page again

Sorry for the extra post to approve Kyle.

Id also like to say that although i dont approve of the film, frankly it looks poor but at least they tried to use a mostly original type of storyline but it did lead to this article being created and that in turn will spread the word to the people out there who have had the same attraction to vore as we do but till now didn't know what to call what they were feeling or where to go to express themselves.
