Megan Fox: 'Michael Bay Wants to Be Like Hitler'
Megan Fox, we’ve missed you! Sure, it hasn’t been so long since Fox beguiled us with her willingness to say anything during her last Transformers press tour, but those two months since have felt like years spent wandering around in a dry, quote-less desert. Now, though, the Fox is back on the hunt to promote Jennifer’s Body, and she’s brought her A-game: In an interview with Wonderland magazine, she compared Michael Bay to history’s greatest monster.
When asked what her most favorite and least favorite things were about working with Bay, Fox seized the opportunity and ran with it:
God, I really wish I could go loose on this one. He’s like Napoleon and he wants to create this insane, infamous mad-man reputation. He wants to be like Hitler on his sets, and he is. So he’s a nightmare to work for but when you get him away from set, and he’s not in director mode, I kind of really enjoy his personality because he’s so awkward, so hopelessly awkward. He has no social skills at all. And it’s endearing to watch him.
One wonders, after likening Bay to Napoleon and Hitler, what Fox would have said if she’d actually been able to “go loose on this one.” Still, could Hitler have assembled an S.S. full of scantily-clad Victoria’s Secret models? Give credit where it’s due, Megs.

Michael Bay doubchebaggery on set is industry-wide knowledge and past actors he has worked with have come out and said this in varying degrees.
I just think that people react stronger to young women speaking their minds then men and Fox, who's supposed to be sexy and shut her mouth (or keep it open), is in fact, shrewdly doing the opposite. I agree with a lot of the things she says, just not in the matter she says them.

No she just can't say things like that in Hollywood. You can't answer truthfully just like that in Hollywood especially with a big time director. They will black list you. They have the power to do that. She will never work in that town or New York again if she keeps this up. Then we will sort of forget about her she will just fade into some lime light.
She's no Angelina Jolie or Marylin Monroe so she needs to stop that. She can't act.

what I wanna know is: how does she know what working with/for Hitler was like? I think people should only compare two things that have relevance. And besides, who cares what Hollywood people think, anyway? We pay them to act, not think.

Okay.. You know people I don't think she really meant "HE WANTS TO BE LIKE HITLER AND KILL MILLIONS" blah blah blah... You have to read between the lines.. On the set he's a complete ass hole dictator. Is it a bad thing not necessarily, but I could imagine working with someone with the they are god, and you should do what I say and how I say it, oh BTW fuck you attitude. All in all she just that he's is a nice guy that has no social skills, but when on the set he's and ass hole...

pffft! People complain & comment about directors all the time, but usually they have the sense not to burn their bridges. Creative people can be abrupt, off-putting, impatient, slow with the stupid (hey Megan?), but they didn't get the job for their people skills. What is really telling about this story is that Michael Bays' crew stuck up for him. They didn't have to. They could have just let it alone. That's what people do when they want to keep their jobs but really agree with what's been said. But they felt strongly enough to support Michael Bay and pan Megan Fox.
BTW, Hitler? Does she mean that he wears a little mustache when he directs? Does he end a take with a straight-armed salute? Does he give orders to harm those of Jewish ancestry? Could she be any more offensive? Megan Fox might mean that he wants what he wants when he wants it when he is directing, or that she feels as if he is a dictator. Perhaps she should hire an interpreter. And SHE says he lacks social skills? Surely there are other hot-looking actresses available with an IQ higher than a slab of butter.

First off speaking your mind is one thing, but bashing some one whose made her life the way it is today is an entirely different thing. She should be appreciative of all the hard work he puts into his movies just to make her look good on set.. not telling the whole world hes comparative to hilter. In my opinion thats incredibly wrong. She may be beautiful but shes incredibly ignorant and doesn't think before she speaks. in other words she has little brain, if any.

Okay, so she shouldn't have said that. But who cares? Bay announced that he doesn't care what she said, he loves working with her.
She didn't burn any bridges here, AND she got her name in a headline...more people know her name than before. Even better, she got her director's name in a headline. That means more money for the entire Transformers enterprise come time for Transformers 3. So I say it's Mission Accomplished.

I really think it was taken the wrong way. It depends on how you read it. Directors have to be controlling, thats their job. What she was saying is that he's badass at it is all. He is trying to make sure everything goes right, and with the nature of his movies he has to. All the explosians and what-not. So therefore he is controlling, demanding, a nightmare! but good at what he does.

I have to agree with the people that think Megan Fox is pretty... but not very wise with her recent decision making. I do agree that guys are VERY visual.... and she will continue to make hollywood big bucks pretty much no matter what she says because SEX sells... and thats all guys care about .... BUT... ahem... for the record, you should never bad mouth the hand that feeds you... you should never bash someone that made you popular... lol i remember when the first transformers came out... lol when she first got her wardrobe stylist, her own gym in her home , her nutritionist, her teeth bleached, her hair dresser, and her make up artist... not to mention the guy that injects restalyne in her forhead to make sure she doesnt get those little wrinkles in her forehead on set, and ohh yeah lets not forget the guy that covers her tattoos and sprays her tummy to make it look flatter and tighter... having said that, ... right after the first transformers came out, i remember people referring to her as the hot chick in transformers,... so I mean really.... thats all she is.... but with a name... because of this director... and I am sure he will work wiht her again...because she is a cute girl,... but you know with all that ...I mean, its really easy to look really good...when thats what your job is...I mean she obviously has LOTS of help, damn, if you dont look good with all that help your pretty much screwed. lol so I guess she can have NO TALENT.... and just stand there and look good.... and bash Michael Bay, the famous director that HELPED HER GET ALL THE GLITZ and GLAMOUR... because that is what America has come to... as long as your selling sex ... you dont have to have ambition, brains... anything at all... wow. The Good Ol' USA. Something to be proud of. hah!

she'll never be angelina jolie or marilyn. im sorry. yes, the girl is quite beautiful i wont lie about that one, but jolie and monroe are icons. the words "often imitated but NEVER duplicated" come to mind and lets not forget the fact that the girl cant get through one interview with adolescent responces. speaking without thinking will get you no where in the entertainment business. plus, isnt the whole point of the industry is getting YOUR name out there as a representative of YOURSELF? the whole deal is individuality, how "this person" is far different and a standout than "this person" copy-cats are never raised high. i wont say shes a horrible actress or aything of that sort, its her dream to be a good actress and everyone is entitled to go for their goals but seeing as the crew members behind the scene have complained and incapable of putting up with her is saying alot.

of course she can say what she wants. anybody can do that. if you think your boss is a prick go ahead and tell them. see where it gets you. the fact is she is an actor by profession and she just bad mouthed her employer and everybody heard it. say anything you want, just deal with the consequenses.

This is exactly why women all around the world are suffering. It's not the men that give us all these rules about how women should act, is the women that make these rules and expect everyone else to follow... Megan spoke her mind, last time i checked it was still a free country, I bet no one made such a big deal when other actors spoke their mind about Michael Bay! Who is writing these comments about Ms. Fox, i really hope, it's not some girl that got bullied at school by a prettier girl!!
