If you find yourself intrigued by the Don Draper Fingerbang Threat Level every week on Mad Men, yet often stare into space wondering, “Isn’t there something more sexually unsettling on basic cable?” then FX has a queasy scenario just for you! The network practically invented did-they-just-show-that sex scenes on non-premium channels, and it’ll be damned if it cedes the crown to upstart AMC. How best to prove its moxie? By gang raping one of television’s most beloved mothers on Sons of Anarchy last night.

Married with Children fans might be a hardy lot, but even that sitcom’s signature rudeness couldn’t have prepared viewers for Katey Sagal’s group violation by white supremacists on the Anarchy season premiere. Making matters even more awkward: The drama is created and scripted by Sagal’s husband, Kurt Sutter.

Your move, AMC. Meredith Baxter Birney and Joanna Kerns are open to Breaking Bad pitches as long as things don’t escalate beyond a tastefully exposed side-boob.
