Nude Twilight Starlet's PETA Campaign Probably Not Endorsed by Studio

christian_serratos_peta.jpgIn one of the most persuasive anti-fur statement since the New Moon Wolfpack waxed its chests, Twilight Saga bit player Christian Serratos joined forces with PETA this week to launch a new campaign against animal consumption. But while it looks great and has drawn plenty of notice to both the film and the animal-rights activists since its unveiling Monday, Twilight’s custodians at Summit Entertainment (not to mention its Mormon source novelist Stephenie Meyer) probably aren’t as impressed by the NSFW poster co-opting their chaste tween blockbuster. The new artwork accompanied a Serratos tweet imploring followers: “My PETA Ad. Don’t eat them…Don’t wear them. :)”, which I presume is referring to animals and not PETA ads themselves, which are notoriously bland and low in fiber. Either way, Serratos should look out going forward; Twilight co-star Rachelle Lefevre was given walking papers for a lot less of an offense than tarting up the franchise with skin and principle, and Summit worked way too hard on New Moon’s campaign to have its homoerotic flair usurped by some nubile vegan trollop. Don’t let the door hit your bare ass on the way out, Christian.

What these deep-thinking nubiles fail to consider is this: Testosterone-polluted males (which I'm) tend to favor their bare forms, so when they strip down to protest eating flesh and wearing pelts they actually encourage us to run out to Longhorn while wearing a mink Russian hunting cap.

First of all Ashley Greene had naked photos of her out all over the web for no cause. I think for Summit to get involved would be a huge line in the sand to all vegtetarians and vegans. It's ok to be naked just not for PETA. I think they should stay out of everyones personal life. The ad is tasteful and brings guys to watch the film with their girlfriends. They need to think ticket sales.

If Daniel Radcliffe doesn't get fired by Warner Bros (for his nude scenes in "Equus"), Christian Serratos will be fine.
