The Last Word
· Look, you’d make that face too if you were being attacked by Elisabeth Hasselbeck on The View today. Sir Ian McKellen stopped by to promote his new miniseries The Prisoner, and Hasselbeck pointlessly lured him into a conversation about swine flu vaccinations and British health care. After McKellen’s gracious explanation that the UK system is run not by the government but by doctors and hospitals, a snippy Hasselbeck replied, “Yeah, that’s what they’d like you to believe, I’m sure.” Well, who pissed in her bangers and mash this morning? The clip, after the jump:
· Rudy Reyes (left) is a former Marine, a Fabio-type shirtless model, and potentially an upcoming love interest for Anna Paquin on True Blood. Ryan Kwanten’s got a new gym spotter!
· He may have lost out on The Green Lantern, but Bradley Cooper is boarding Neil Burger’s Dark Fields, the story of a down-and-out New York writer who finds a mind-expanding pill, then is pursued by enigmatic forces.
· Meanwhile, Toby Kebbel is playing John Wilkes Booth in Robert Redford’s The Conspirator, says First Showing.
· Alec Baldwin was called upon to go nude for the upcoming Nancy Meyers comedy It’s Complicated. You’ll either be relieved or bereft that he employed a butt double.

Yes, bring back the Elisabeth Hasselbeck Two Minute Hate!
And may I say, well played there Sir Ian.

The thing I am MOST amazed by (with Hassletowatchbeck) is that you can't see the hand of the "Parental Puppeteer" that reaches up inside her and moves her mouth delivering the dialogue.
It's AMAZING technology!

I love that man. It's impossible to back him into a corner.

Glad to see a bastion of liberal haters and puppets following the progressive dogma making fools of themselves. Oh well the day will come when they regret their stupidity. Sir Ian is just a dumb a*s brit who doesn't even know what is going on in his country. Time for the queen to step down when she is such a dodder head that she makes sirs out of actors and singers -- what a joke... Knighthood used to mean something. The again the Nobel prize is following the same trend. Given to liars and those who have done nothing to deserve it. Now it is all just a joke.

A shame to see that Middle-earth has to deal with Alzheimer's on top of orcs and goblins.

What's funny about people like Paul from the above comment is that these wingnuts know that at least some of the writers at Movieline are left of center, but they continue to come here and post angry little wingnut comments. I'm a liberal and I don't visit sites that have a right went bent, and if did happen across one I certainly wouldn't bother posting a comment on it. Of course being a liberal, I do things that make sense, unlike most wingers I know.
